Winterizing of Inground Pool

• Lower the water level
• empty the skimmer and return water lines, winterize the bottom drain line
• Apply sealing chemicals. (Antifreeze and winter protection included)
• Remove removable parts (skimmer door, return jet, ladder, pressure gauge, etc.) NB In accordance with standard BNQ 9460-100/2009 the springboard will not be removed.
• Remove the drain plugs from the pump and filter.
• Place the selector valve in the “Winterize” position.
• Install the skimmer protection kit and place the Styrofoam rod in the bottom drain line. (Materials not included)
• NB Installation of the skimmer kit is MANDATORY
• NB $2.99 + taxes per cap to close a return
